Email Communications Process for Elevators

Requesting information about outstanding elevator applications as well as   category 3 & 5 look up sheets has just gotten easier. Now, these requests may be submitted via email.

Once a request is made, the elevator division unit will conduct a search for outstanding permit applications and send an email notification back. The response will include any fees owed and instructions to resolve open issues.

In the event of penalty requests, the Elevator Unit will calculate the fees owed and send an email notification of the amount due.
